Ufixx Flexi Coat is a heavy duty waterbased acrylic elastomeric membrane. ideal for permanent exterior and interior protection is weather resistant cement sheeting. It remains pliable and elastic enough to resist mild expansion/shrinkage and chemical attacks. It adheres to damp substrates and seals hairline cracks.
